Affirming therapy for you

Are you feeling stuck in your head?
For many adults who intellectualize their emotions, it can feel like you're always analyzing but rarely feeling. You’re constantly thinking things through, yet the emotional clarity or peace you’re seeking stays just out of reach. As a therapist, I help you break the cycle of overthinking and dive into the deeper emotional layers that need healing.

Neurodivergent and feeling misunderstood?
Living with ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence can often feel isolating, especially in a world that doesn’t always “get” you. I provide a space where your unique brain wiring isn’t just understood, but celebrated. Together, we’ll create strategies tailored to how you think and feel, so you can thrive without feeling the pressure to conform.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Break free from the cycle of overthinking and intellectualizing emotions

  • Develop tools and strategies to navigate the world as a neurodivergent person

  • Explore and affirm your LGBTQ+ identity, helping you live authentically

  • Create lasting emotional resilience and deeper self-understanding

You don't have to do it alone.
Therapy can help you bridge the gap between your mind and your emotions, offering you the support you need to navigate your unique challenges. Let’s work together to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to live your best life.

Take the next step.

ABOUT me

My name is Hadley and I am a white, queer therapist living in Houston, TX. I am licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Candice Holloway, LPC-S (#73866). My work focuses on adult individuals and couples seeking out therapy for a variety of reasons, including survivors of direct and intergenerational trauma, climate distress, mood disorders, relationship problems, neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ issues.

I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and prior to that, I studied Geology at Trinity University. While I loved playing with rocks for a living, my own mental health journey led me to a career in counseling, and I never looked back!

My educational background includes clinical experience in both community mental health and private practice settings where I worked with a diverse client base of individuals and couples, each with their own unique stories and struggles.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy taking care of my garden, making art, re-watching my favorite tv shows, playing video games, or spending time with my dog (Mama) and cat (Dorothy).

Hadley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, under the supervision of Candice Holloway, LPC-S.
