Neurodivergence

Embrace your mind

We understand that neurodivergence isn’t a problem to “fix.” Whether you're living with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, OCD, synesthesia, or something else, we create a space where your unique brain is respected, understood, and supported.

Our therapists—many of whom are neurodivergent ourselves—are dedicated to providing affirming, inclusive care for neurodivergent individuals navigating life's challenges in a world that often ignores, punishes, or excludes them.

We understand you may think, feel, and express yourself in a variety of ways, and we’re here to help you build on your strengths, develop coping skills, and process the challenges you face.

What to Expect

  • Affirming and Inclusive Environment: Neurodivergent individuals often face unique challenges, from sensory sensitivities and executive dysfunction to social dynamics and emotional regulation. Our therapists are trained to understand your needs without judgment or preconceived notions, and our office is designed with your comfort in mind—soft white noise, warm lighting (no fluorescents), weighted blankets, and plenty of fidget/stim toys in each room.

  • Tailored Therapeutic Approaches: Every human is different, so we tailor our therapeutic approaches to fit your needs, goals, and experiences. Whether you need support managing daily life, coping with sensory sensitivities, or navigating relationships, our therapists work with you to develop strategies that truly fit your life.

  • Community and Connection: We aim to create supportive spaces where queer and trans neurodivergent folks can connect, share their experiences, and find solidarity with others who understand. From our “Healing is Collective” board to our affirming groups, we’re all about creating a community where your identity is celebrated, and your voice is heard.
